Welcome Fall, and World Mental Health Day

It's the comfort time of year, and a great time to celebrate mental health! October 10, 2019, is World Mental Health Day. This year's focus is suicide prevention. The World Health Organization hopes to increase awareness of this crisis and the role that each of us can play to help prevent it.
